• Set Heat Press: Preheat to 320°F (160°C)

• Position Transfer: Place the transfer on the fabric with the design facing up

• Cover with Protection: Use parchment paper or a Teflon sheet

• Press Time: Apply firm pressure for 12–15 seconds

• Peel: Allow the transfer to cool to touch, then gently peel

• Finish Press (Optional): Repress with parchment paper for 5 seconds for added durability
