Yes. Any of our physical products — apparel, tote bags, canvas wall art, eco-solvent transfers, sublimation transfers, and more — can be ordered as custom-made-to-order upon request. If you need something personalized or created specifically for you, just reach out.

🛍️ Are your regular products made to order?
No. Our standard products are not made to order unless you specifically request a custom-made version.
❌ Can I return custom-made-to-order items?
Custom-made-to-order items are non-refundable, since they are created specifically for your request. If there is an error, defect, or damage, contact us and we will resolve it.
💾 Do you accept returns on digital products?
No. All digital PNG files are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, since they cannot be returned once downloaded.
🖨️ What printing methods are your PNG files designed for?
PNG files are optimized and delivered at 5000 × 5000 pixels

Each file is a high-resolution transparent PNG built for professional results.
🎨 Can I edit or customize the digital files?
Yes. All PNG files can be used and customized in Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and similar programs. You may resize, recolor, add text, or personalize as needed.

Yes. We offer full custom design services and accept custom artwork requests upon request.

Your digital PNG files are available for immediate download directly after checkout.
There is no limit — you can download your purchased files anytime, as many times as you need, from your account or order confirmation page.
⏱️ How long do custom-made orders take?
Custom-made-to-order products usually take 3–5 business days to create. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
