Return & Refund Policy – Apparel

We want you to love your apparel from Style Junction! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect size sent (different from what was ordered)

📦 To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Returned within 14 days of approval

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer
  • Items washed or worn

👕 Made-to-order items are custom printed just for you and are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stylejunctionconnection@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2226 Corkscrew Way, Villa Rica, Ga. 30180 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue

Return & Refund Policy for 20oz Tumblers

At Style Junction, every 20oz Skinny Straight Tumbler is custom-made with bold, high-quality designs to ensure you receive a unique product that stands out.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, production may begin, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our tumblers, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error.

If your tumbler arrives defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your request and work with you to replace the item or offer a store credit if eligible.

Shipping Damage

If your tumbler arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the tumbler and packaging

  • A description of the damage

We’ll file a claim and issue a replacement or refund depending on the case.
